Enjoy low-interest rates and flexible repayment plans with our Regular, Emergency, Asset, Top-Up, Solar, Landed Property, and Commodity Loans.
Regular Loan
Access up to four times your savings over 18 months, with an 8% annual interest rate. Repayment is deducted from your salary for convenience.
Emergency Loan
Obtain financial assistance during urgent situations, including school fees payment and holiday expenses. Receive up to one months gross salary, with an option to add to existing loans. Interest rate is 2% per month for a maximum of three months.
Asset Loan
Fulfill your dreams of acquiring assets with ease. Available to co-operators enrolled in the special savings plan, members can borrow up to three times their total saving balance. Enjoy a competitive interest rate of 8% for a maximum duration of 36 months.
Solar Loan
Embrace sustainability with our solar home solutions. In partnership with renewable energy companies, LAPO Coop offers loans up to N2m, repayable within a year. Join us in reducing carbon emissions and preserving the ecosystem. This loan can also be accessed as an add-on to existing loans.
Commodity Loan
Get essential commodities like household items, electronics, and generators, especially during festive periods. Access up to N500,000 with a 6-month repayment period. This loan can also be an add-on to your existing loans.
The LAPO Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society is excited to share some great information with all Cooperators. We are pleased to inform you that the Cooperative has rolled out plans for commodity loans at a low interest rate for cooperators through the provision of commodity items.
Items available are:
1) Terra Golden Soya Oil (Carton containing 1.4L)
2) Big Bull Rice 50kg, 25kg and 10kg.
3) Gino tomato paste (small Sachet).
4) Sonia tomato paste (small and medium sachet, all in cartons).
The distribution of these items will commence in the month of November, 2024.

The venue for distribution of items will be at the LAPO Head Office Lagos and Annex Office Benin. For those outside lagos and Benin indicating interest, please note cost of delivery would be borne by the Cooperator.
Your order should get to the Cooperative on or before 10th of November, 2024. Details of the prices of items will be communicated in the first week of November.
